Position I: Sales Co-ordinator

Roles & responsibilities:
1. Acting as a liaison between the clients and sales team
2. Identity prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business
3. Respond to client inquiries as well as conduct research as needed
4. Sales related reports and analysis: forecasts, budget control, activities ROI, competitors research
5. Visit coordination of the potential clients and guests
6. Arranging business meetings for Sales consultants
7. Act as the primary interface between Company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements
8. Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events
9. Able to handle daily activities which include client handling, escalations, deliveries and team management
