Responsibilities:
- Respond to and implement incoming client web maintenance requests and ensure all information and documentation is complete.
- Manage planned updates and content maintenance for a portfolio of Promact's corporate website accounts
- Develop proactive and effective relationships with your clients to improve ongoing management of their websites
- Communicate with clients on work orders as required. Provide Self-Serve training and assist client for their S/Squeries when needed.
- Be a point of contact at Promact’s office in Baroda, India for client queries.
- Covering tasks of colleagues when needed
- Adhering to ISMS 27001 policy & procedures.
