Job Description 

Role Summary/ Purpose:

We are currently seeking highly motivated Trainees – Sales & Marketing to join 3Aworld, leading Real Estate Company,to map new market, conduct surveys & create awareness of theCompany in those potential markets and to assist sales team by providing reports, MIS database & networking.(WE AS 3AWORLD).

Responsibilities
  • Penetrating these markets, identifying potential buyers / investors for NCR based real estate projects.
  • Identifying channel partners, property dealers, CA’s stockbrokers and other Market Intermediaries who may assist in selling Company’s real estate venture in NCR.
  • Propagating Company’s brand name, its ventures and benefits of investing in NCR based real estate project.
  • Venue Sales: Showcase Properties at exhibitions, road shows, etc.
  • Maintaining daily MIS.
  • Lead Generation through Reference & Corporate activities.
  • Conducting marketing research & report presentation.
Skills Required
  • Language skills: English & Hindi
  • Good Presentation skills and adept in computers.
  • Individual should possess a Go-Getter Attitude.
  • The ability & desire to sell.
  • Strong commercial awareness.

Place of Posting:

 The place of posting can be at any of the branch offices of the Company or site offices as deemed fit by the management.
