Skills Required:
1) Testing trainees -
- Basic knowledge on QA and testing(Types of testing) (Test cases) (Bug finding).
- Should be well aware of subjects and topics of MCA.
- Updated with latest IT realated. technologies.
- Should have knowledge of any programming language (Preferable - Java/C/C++).
- Knowledge of drafting defects independently with all the required details.
- Should have knowledge on any programming language like C, C++, C#, .Net or Java of using bug tracking, test case management system and working Knowledge of any database will be be preferred. Should have knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and able to interact with the client
- Proactive, good interpersonal skills and ability to work in team .
- He should be open to work in evening shifts if required from client's end (Shift allowance + food & cab facility) will be applicable for the same.
2) Java trainees -
- We are looking for candidates who are passionate in coding.
- Should have Good programming knowledge with Java and associated technologies.
- Should have knowledge of SDLC .
- Knowledge with various IDE, Java plug-ins, creating and building Java is required.
- Should have Working knowledge with Unix, Linux and Windows OS
- Hands-on with Enterprise application development with Java, Spring,Hibernate & PL/SQL is a plus.
