As per Company’s policy & client norms, it inducts fresher at entry level & absorb them in the permanent cadre of the company upon availability of vacancy and groom them during their employment to succeed further in their career aspirations.
Designation / Job Profile:
Currently Teleperformance is looking for Technical Support Executives/Customer Care Executives for Off-shore & Premium On-shore clients which includes industry giants from E-commerce, Computer Software/hardware, Device support & Hospitality.
Skill-set Required/Expectation from candidates:
- Need to have very good communication skills in English
- Excellent Customer handling skills
- Technically should be sound
- Comfortable for a Rotational Shift & Rotational offs
- Should be comfortable working for Night Shift.
Note: A subset (top performers during the selection process above) of finally selected candidates will be selected for Amazon(US) process. These candidates will have to undergo a 10-day training at Teleperformance office to be provided by the company and then appear for another Voice & Accent round at company office in order to shift to Amazon(US) process
Selection Process:1) HR Interview (Telephonic)
- Based on performance in this round shortlisted candidates will be bifurcated for suitable profiles within the company.
2) Operations Round (Telephonic)
- Profile specific Final Interview based on the profile for which candidate will be shortlisted after HR Interview.
