Eligible candidates will go through a selection process and selected candidates will be a part of Eagles Program.
Post selection, WBPL, will train these Management Trainees for 20 weeks before they join the organization as full-time employees. The Eagles Program comprises of a healthy blend of 4-5 weeks of classroom training by the experienced practitioners from within the system, to familiarize the Management Trainees with the workings of our system, and 15 - 16 weeks of practical field-work projects under the mentorship of senior associates.
The selected Management Trainees will be on the rolls of WBPL from Day 1. All Eagles i.e. Sales and Technical will be paid a fixed stipend per month.
