The Management Trainee will be required to do Candidate Mapping and Research to fulfill the Talent Acquisition needs of the client partners and helping them achieve the desired search results

Desired Job Role:• Maintain an overall knowledge of the Human Capital Research (predominantly middle level & senior level candidate mapping)

• Driving Mancer’s critical projects of candidate mapping/research for contingent & executive search
levels across industries.

• Craft effective candidate research strategies and gather relevant information and data leveraging a broad set of resources (e.g., on-line databases, the Internet, print sources, trade associations, government agencies, company representatives, external research organization, etc). Utilize both secondary and primary research sources and techniques

• Organize, analyze, synthesize and/or summarize candidate data and information using appropriate analytical methodologies and frameworks.

• Understanding Job Description & Job Specification for the assigned Position.
• Sourcing resumes through Database, References, Networking, and Head Hunting.
• Briefing candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective
• Initial screening and short listing of the best matched profiles.
• Complete coordination for the interview process with the client side.
• Salary Negotiation and Reference Check and providing final offer. Database Management.
• Ensuring smooth candidate on-boarding on the client site.
• Relationship Management - Internal and External.
Skills & Qualification
• Flair for research, analysis of data, and presenting
findings.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and writing communication skills
• Knowledge and ability to implement principles of management, leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and motivation
• Ability to foster a collaborative, customer-oriented working environment.
• Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Should be comfortable working independently and
capable of designing effective work-flow management policies.
